It is not colored b/c it is all white b/c it is snow. This is for the winter themed contest in 
So in this picture Riku is making fun of Sora and builds a snowman of him. They are both looking at it from a ways off and Sora is saying "That so doesn't look like me" and Riku says "Yes it does."
This picture is refering to the time when in KH II Riku says "How will I be able to face everyone?" and Sora says: "Like this" and does the postion above.
